Did it start doing this right after you installed those apps?
Oh and USB devices can sometimes cause this (longshot really, but worth a try), try booting with only the bare essentials - power cord, monitor & kb/mouse - attached. You could also try clearing CMOS (check mobo manual) and maybe reseating the components.

Clear the BIOS, disconnect non-essentials, try again. Something is preventing it from POSTing, although if it happens *this* early it's usually pretty serious. It looks like it has just completed the CPU powerup, about to check RAM.

Get out the RAM and plug it back in, and see if that solves it.

That was it. I was copying some music to my phone which was in "mass storage" mode when I rebooted the PC. It was it that was preventing me from booting
But this is pretty weird, usb preventing from booting up
Does the computer think usb mounted as mass storage is the main hdd with windoows and mbr records?

Only if it has a bootable partition. Just lower USB storage in the boot device priority; if you need to boot from USB, just press F11 (or whatever your BIOS uses to get the boot popup)
