No they didnt.. I never got banned and I played a pirated copy the day it leaked. |
erm. yes they did. There were few console bans but MS implemented a ban on XBL, even on legit accounts until the day of release. It also happened with Forza 3.

so correct me if I'm wrong, the reason why it is impossible to crack this game at this point because its on XGD3 format?
why is microsoft dong this? if it wasn't for piracy I would never have bought this vile piece of shit called xbox, and I am sure many other would have done the same. surly they must realize that the reason their xbox360 did well in sales compare to ps3 is because it is cracked and not because it is a superior console.

I was making a point that they didnt ban everyone on the spot. I know people got banned because of Forza and Halo at the time, But it wasnt on the spot and it wasnt everyone. |

I have a spoofed drive and gears most definitely makes my console give E66 whenever it's inserted. any other game plays fine. uh oh spaghetti o's

Sooo much fun online. They didn't nerf the Gnasher but they brought the Lancer and Hammerburst up a little bit in power so on a long range map, you have the advantage... Indoors you're still gonna be using shotguns of course but I'm really happy to see the Lancer's are useful now.

fantastic game. 2 hours in. Way more action and gorgeous graphics.
Its a little bit too colorfull for my taste of gears of war and I don't get it why everyone have different next gen faces over second game, but its incredible anyway:P
One question. I am playing on normal(just as second gow) and It seems a bit easy . I am at the end of act1. Does it get any harder in time?

switch to Hardcore, that's the way to play it.
I've tried on normal, way too easy as you said.

After playing Gears1 on hardcore, and later on insane, Gears2 felt like a walk in the park on hardcore. And from what I've seen people are recommending hardcore dif in Gears3.

Did you guys try installing the burned version to hard drive? Does it work? For me it breaks at 50%, although it loads fine from DVD.
I'm not sure if that's because of the 1.7% of missing data, or because my burner made an error.

Sadly i cant say the same. I just finished the awesomely awesome killzone 3 and now this game feels like a bad joke -.-
