I'm afraid there is currently no official way for you to get the game. When you order it at the official store you get a download link per email to get started. If you want to re-download it, you need to login into https://mp02.maniaplanet.com/player/html/index.php where you can BUY a new download for some in-game currency (no real money though, just the "planets" you get for playing.
I guess you need to look for some alternative.
the map i posted is real, and no its not just accelerating. i only finished one time, tried it almost 45 minutes. and as in almost every custom map: u dont know exactly were to go without trying

It works. Config tool and in-game menus default to Chinese and even if it's not apparent at first the language can be changed in the config tool so it's all good.
I wonder how different it is from the earlier P2P release? Do they both use the same profile? This one has some Russian named "trackmaniaca".
Also besides handful of official tracks it comes with 1604 user created ones.

that's weird. Even firewalls can't stop this one to go Internet, fucking shit.
Sounds like nonsense. Maybe you don't know how do use your firewall or you're blocking the wrong thing?
Sorry to revive. Wanted to grab this with USA money. Anybody have any suggestions for best place to get it? I know if you get it from mania or ubi it's 24.99 but for a year. I will do that but thought I would ask you guys or if someone wants to sell their copy (if possible) I'm down. Gonna give it like an hour then i will do an immediate transaction so if anyone wants to help out or get rid of something they don't use and make a quick buck lemme know right here, P34c3!

Nobody has this? Anyone have it and think I shouldn't get it? Will it work with the Logitech USB wheel Driving Force Pro? (with legit ForceFeedback)? I think it was TM: United that wasn't compatible. I know, I know, I'll look it up too.. how about coupons or codes for UBI or STEAM? I'm in a cheap ass mood but at least I'm BUYING it.

hmmmm, I always enjoyed playing Hot Seat letting my Family take turns in my race simulator. Does it have that feature? Do you use the 360 controller? Don't tell me you use the keyboard.... please, really.... don't Thanks for responding.

i don't get it. it's the same as the free version Trackmania United released years ago. all the blocks are the same, cars are the same, even grass looks the same, driving mechanics look the same. so they slapped on some HDR lighting and now it's TrackMania² Stadium

it will be free 2 play and it will use the same graphics engine than trackmania 2
Updating Nations is a good idea to stay relevant in the esport scene. However, the altered handling in the Trackmania 2 engine isn't everyone's cup of tea. It could lead to a similar reaction like Counter-Strike Source.
Erm, no me7. Stadium will no doubt have very similar handling to Nations. Canyon is radically different from that; but in United (or more accurately, Sunrise) the "other" cars were all also radically different. The Canyon one is not that different from the Island one; both have high top speeds and a tendency to oversteer. Canyon is more fun to deal with though and it really is not THAT different from Nations. Still requires you to be able to tap your brake whilst keeping throttle on, keeping that perfect line through corners. Only thing I really miss is the air control
That's the problem Nadeo created themselves, by doing Nations. Most of the people who ever touched TM have never played anything apart from Nations, so releasing Canyon first was not the best move from that perspective.
I'll take your word for it. Although I enjoy the singleplayer challenges, I've never played it serious enough to understand the nuances behind all cars. I just noticed a lot of negative reactions when Canyon was released about the "derped down" drifting that makes the cars glue to the road.
No need to play it a lot or in MP to understand what I mean mate. Honestly, grab a copy of United Forever (no idea if it's ever been YARRRRRR'd) and try out the Island/Bay/Coast/Desert ones.
Watch this video:
Note how top heavy the Desert car is, how narrow the Coast tracks are..if anything, Canyon is a combination of Coast (handling and narrow tracks) with Desert (environment), but with a bit more elements from the Island (high speed, long jumps followed by long turns) setting.
Again though, Canyon is just everything Nations, or Stadium, isn't. That's why most people find it strange - it was all there before, just not in Nations
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
