With the new engine fifa 12 looks really grate and realistic. Tactical defending is also more realistic than before. EA just have to polish some bugs with the strange players acting after fouls and so.
And yet again this is just my opinion.

Got to say I much prefer ball physics in PES. Ball feels faster and much more unpredictable. I'd still like it to be even wilder, to see ball curving right when hit with right foot once in a whole, but the difference with FIFA is quite huge. In FIFA you usually know how the ball will fly the moment you release shot button.
