Skidrow release does not work at all, had the same issue with CoJ too. Click to run and nothing happens.

hi guys can any 1 help iam not ablt to set up my controller :S. i can set up most of it apart from the steering i have even tried a wheel with same results i unable to set the steering any 1 else had same probs?..iam using a generic pad and wheel

copy to install dir and game starts....
i dont know why the nowstarts but it works... fucking bad cracks -.-

Had the same thing happen to me. read on tpb that people got it to work by reinstalling in C:\Driver San Francisco. Tried it and it worked.
Some line of code in the crack must have a hard coded directory.

Confirmed. This works on Win 7-64.
Install to C:\Driver San Francisco
Run the update
Copy everything in the skidrow folder to the game folder
Run it
WTF about the resolution tho. No 1920x1200. Highest is 1920x1080?

I really enjoyed the last driver game. this one is a bit dull.

Windows 7 64bit here, NO need to install anywhere on C: .. I've got the game installed to F:\Games and it works just fine with the Skiddie crack.

I think it'll get very repetitive, but it seems quite decent, but then I say repetitive, I'm only doing the side missions at the moment.

Yeah, just like most other mission-based driving games; it WILL end up being extremely repetitive towards the end.. but for now? It's fun!

To me though, it shouldn't really be branded a Driver game. It's nothing like it, and they seem to have slimmed it right down.

I really like the game too actually. It will sure get repetitive, but so far it's really fun and I simply love the cars list in this game, plus the fact that they are very nicely done in the game.

I knew my hate for time-based racing missions would bite me on the arse. I can't complete either of the two timed city missions (bash 4 racing cars with ONE cop car, smash through show signs) Any tips?
Also why do all the cars oversteer while turning? The rear tires keep creating friction even when the corresponding key isn't pressed!!!
1 and 2 are still amazing.

if your using an ati gfx card you can force the game to use 60hz using 'refresh lock' option in ati try tool.i'm using it myself on silent hill homecoming & driver,works a treat.
