Yes, the whole SteamGifts thing isn't actually tied INTO Steam itself.

Well the opposite holds just as true; YOU have no right to use the SteamGift site if you're going to disobey and ignore the rules by refusing to honour your end of the bargain.

Borderlands GOTY was dirt cheap a week or two ago, i bought it right away...
What's my problem - i get Database query failed. when i try to login through steam to steamgifts :\

This seems to have been an exponential growth in users. About a week ago a gift had about 400-500 entries. Now gifts reach about 1200 which is crazy growth in one week.
