I liked the film except for the scene with windu, I honestly cannot understand how much of a bitch the emperor was acting lying there like an insect backed into a corner and we are talking about a supreme being here???....i suppose it could all have been part of the act where the emperor actually wanted it to happen that way in order to awake Anakins dark side and clouded judgement thus sealing his fate.
The fight at the end was deftly disappointing what in gods name was that about? Anakin defeats count dooku very easily while obi wan gets ko'd but when it comes to the final battle some reason anakin fights like a newb? and I would have thought Anakins force powers were stronger than Obiwans especially when shifting to the dark side all of a sudden......I dont think iam the only one here but I would have loved to see some amazing power displayed by Anakin in the final battle something awesome like the lifting of a the whole space station just to show his potential although saying that I was slightly impressed when Darth was born and told he killed his wife. |
I agree mostly. The emperor should have been defiant to the end, but he acted like a cowering pensioner.
I also agree that anakin should have had superior force powers to obi wan, but the feeling that I got from the fight was that anakin was the superior fighter. Remeber anakin is meant to have the highest midichlorian count ever, so you would think his force powers would be easily superior.
