Im still trying to find the perfect encoding way that 1. doesnt take up loads of time, 2. has superb quality on 1080p youtube.
Now yesterday i installed sony vegas, encoded with it, and it gave me a black screen for xx secs in the finished video.
Like:
Anyone got any idea what this is?
And please, dont advise ANY other program, unless you are 110% sure that it saves me time prepping the encode, that i can put multi files in the encode easy, and the quality looks like that on 1080p
Cuz i really dont want to change codec and settings, as these look pretty good compared to my Premiere encoded ones:
Coded used: MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4)

I am starting to think you don't know how to encode.
Vegas and Premiere Pro have prosumer-quality encoders. This means that most of the lower-tier Blurays come encoded with these encoders.
If your output file looks good before upload to YT but then quality sucks, it is YT's fault. You will not get the same bitrate as the partners get.
What do you think on the quality? If you expect something more, move to another service like Vimeo (which requires $$$ and disallows video game videos).
Oh well, i got declined last week, because my "content wasnt original enough"
Those video's look quite like mine do actually.
That makes me wonder, whats YOUR opinion about the quality of my video's?
Oh and to awnser that other Q, i dont know how to properly encode indeed, but im willing to learn.
Altho i prefer to keep it nice and simple with highest quality possible that way.
