1. I downloaded the leaked server files
2. Updated it with the 1st patch
3. Updated it with the 2nd patch
4. Made sure the game starts with folders which have no spaces ( like -> server/bf3/crap NOT server/bf server/shit )
5. And it worked.. actually it worked with the 1st patch too, just had to make sure the server has no spaces in folders
And fuck conquest on Operation Metro.. I rather play rush on it, gotta wait till someone finds a way to play Caspian Border.

how i hate damage system , playing support is just painful , for one or another reason its impossible to hit anything, sometimes i shoot guy straight for 30s, and he still wont die.. close range is horrible, before you can aim or even shoot, you die in single shot from even pistol ;/
i took engineer, and all i had to do aim and shoot to get kill.. talk about worst weapon vs best weapon class.. just in totally opposite way
what the point of suppression if you cant actually suppress from long range
Well, as was mentioned before, the damage is glitched in the beta. I have to admit though, that is one of the worst things to not have working properly in a game
As for getting shot the second you see a guy come out, that is very annoying indeed - suffered plenty from that myself. I suspect most of it is due to lag. Your opponent sees you much earlier then you him, so when you think he just appeared, he has actually already spotted you and probably has you in his sights.
It's kinda the same issue like getting killed when you have already taken cover.
well, for example while in outdoor area if you lying on the ground waiting, and guy pops out and run past you, its almost 100% he will teleport second he passes you , so i already got used just to open and spray , apart that i never was this bad in shooters as i am in bf3, its just horrendous..
i was even good in that pos cod, that one actually worked for what it was.. this sadly trying to imitate run and gun, yet is horrible at it in every aspect
minirage, if I have xbox360 pad plugged in I can't shoot in the gme and why of why can't I select a squad, makes it pretty pointless to join a server what friend is playing Is there a secret button or they just fucked this beta up?

I'd advise against hosting/playing on the non official servers. DICE said they will be resetting stats to people who do, possibly even banning accounts.
I decided to Fraps some rounds playing my preferred style from bc2, meaning buckshot 870Mcs with a decent midrange pistol. It's a lot harder compared to just a regular AR or SMG, mostly because the hit detection with buckshot is crappy at times (well, almost all the time). Sound quality should be very high at 720p so make sure you watch it at that resolution. Everything on Ultra -not that tesselation is included yet so no real indication - and 4xMSAA @ 1680x1050.
