they released an OLD beta, one that had bugs that the dev had already patched up before they released the beta, so i cant see why theyd bother updating it...

This game is not fo me. It runs pretty good on High, looks great and its a good game technically.
In fact i would probably maintain the pre-order if without all the assle form batlelog+ origin + all the hints that this is going to become a milking cow
I could live with the no modding, lan, if the game would have been great, its not, at list not for me.
I will check it later down the road when the dust comes down.

indeed. rectalspasm obviously wasnt the greatest choice...
i hate how the system expects your display name to be your login name. its just retarded - not just because its totally inflexible, but also because.. well.. you want to be KNOWN by a name, and if someone else gets it first, you're fucked... and if your second and third choices are gone too, you have to make something up or throw some numbers on the end just so you can make a damn account to play the game, only to find you're locked in to something that you dont want representing you... stupid.. STUPID system...

So, will we be able to choose different soldiers once the game launches? Can I use my BC2 soldier name? Because before the Beta started, I managed to login to Battlelog and saw that you can choose different soldiers, but I haven't seen an official word anywhere.

well id leave it on high, i mean thats pretty sweet that you're only losing 2fps.. shows that the games got some awesome optimisation goin on with such a low fps drop when cranking up those graphics!!

This was running without a GPU basically, using my sandybridge as GPU, as a test what its capable off^^

Decided to play some Bad Company 2 and had the sudden realization that something was wrong. Few good servers, no friends online, everything was so calm..
