Seriously, what is this bullshit.

Where is the good old share folder button and it would work...

Everytime i share something, my other pc just cannot connect to it, it sees the folder and public folder can be accessed, but others not...

I mean:

Should be good right? And yes, there is no firewall enabled.

First things first:

Now that we have the pleasantries taken care of...

For my win7 network to work properly I had to create an account on all machines with the same name and password. Then, when I want to access a shared folder, I access it from my primary machine very easily. That's how I did it. Not necessarily correct, but it works.

I managed to solve it, has to set not only share permissions, but on NTFS volume you have to set security parameters aswell if you want to share a HDD. Proud member of Frustrated Association of International Losers Failing Against the Gifted and Superior (F.A.I.L.F.A.G.S)
