I gave up since I saw these type of comments popping out:

Burning XGD3 Info With ImgBurn 2.5.6.0
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Go to Tools > Settings
2. Go to Write tab and ensure Layer Break is set to Calculate Optimal
3. So on the startup screen again, press Write image file to disc
4. Choose your .dvd file in source and press Write
5. You’ll get a message, choose Write Until end of disc (Truncate)
6. Follow the above steps and your disc should burn with no errors
I dont know if it works, it's on XBOX360ISO

This method works fine with the image Forza.Motorsport.4.PAL.XBOX360-COMPLEX, do I need to wait for the new FW?

Just downloaded this and burned it with above method. When you boot the game you automatically go into a race. After that you can go to the main menu and there's the option to install disc 2. It's installing now for me.
Edit; Installing done. Went ok.

What I'm interested in is can we copy the content from disc 2 to the HDD so the game picks it up since it's filled with simple CONs?
It was possible with "Forza 3 Ultimate Edition" content - take out the files, copy to HDD and the game picked up the track/car packs automatically. ...it could save us a +R. Not talking about jtag, it worked on retail/flashed consoles since it wasn't locked, and it wasn't locked because it was on a disc.
I'd try this myself but I won't burn the first disc for nothing considering the check which will eventually pop me out of the game.
EDIT: I guess it does work that way, according to _SiN_ on page 4

does anyone talk about the games anymore? Or just about problems pirating them?
Where is the car data like HP , kerb weight etc when you get to choose cars? ie: when you win one and must select? I need data to make an informed decision damn it!

When you choose the one you want as a prize, you can't see those numbers. But when in the garage, buying a new cars etc. press Y.

Yeah, what's the deal with this one? Does it work or not? And what good is this new FW for DVD burners gonna do? Isn't newest ImgBurn (truncate) enough if your console is already banned from Live?

For me it is, no problems yet with this game. Boots fine and no erros while playing for me.
