What? While the system is not the most advanced it still requires some skill with the timing of the critical strikes and such.
You could probably complete the game using only attack and counter but you would miss a lot of experience points.

Mindless button mash on hard didn't work at all. I'll say - man up guys and play on higher difficulty.
I absolutely LOVE this game! Im about 8 hours in and only did about 1/3 of that main quest. The rest i was working on the many sidequests and riddler stuff. It feels like Im still just beginning. If you go after the lengthy sidequests and also want to finish all riddler stuff you are def. in there for 30h. Improves on nearly every aspect of arkham asylum in my opinion.
those of you with the xpg version: could you install it? Mine fails at 48% everytime, but loads fine.. bad burn?
I didn't grab this release but from the sound of things it sounds like a bad layer-break issue.
It installed fine after another burn, so I think it must have been a bad burn or possibly bad disc (arita - never had it happen before tho). Hoping it isn't the drive again.
I dunno why, but this atleast for me doesn't come close to being as epic as asylum. I don't really like the huge world as i am tired of those sandbox type of games.

I successfully traced all the calls to Victor Zsasz's location.

Now any idea how to take him down at his hideout? I tried throwing the remote controlled Batrang and it shattered the window where he's holding the people hostage and it failed the mission.

I just circled around over the water, then I could just grab him from the back through the window you broke. To make the 4th turn I needed the line launcher and changed direction in mid-air, but I suppose it might be possible some other way because of the rings attached to the walls there.

I figured the ring would be for dragging us through some board which would drop in that acid pool and we could use the Batrang to pull ourselves across. But I couldn't find any such object. I'll try your tip for changing the line in mid-air. I didn't know we could do that. Thanks for the tip.

I am at the museum where i have to kill a titan infected thug, it keeps saying use ultra stun using B B B and beat down on your enemy, but i keep repeaing the proces for more then 15mins but nothing happens. Could use some help.
Haven't played the game yet but it seems that you can't collect all Riddler stuff as Batman; some are only reachable with Catwoman. Witch means you can't catch the Riddler, witch means more looked stuff.
Some people say that the Riddler stuff can take up to 10 hrs, and since you can actually meet and catch him in AC, that means there's a deeper story to the Riddler stuff this time.
Can anyone confirm this?
How the hell do a complete the last Augment Reality Test mission the last one says to go through 5 green circles but 3 are there in sequence but the 4th is on top that too end of 3rd and cant even find the 5th one

It should work. Make sure you do it in constant succession and he'll be dazed. That's when you'll have to perform the 'X' beat down session. If there is an interruption, then you'll have to re-do the process.

Do i have to keep stunning, beating, let him charge and all over again without getting hit? i just dont understand why this is so tedious and i cant figure it out.

By constant succession, I was referring to the 'Ultra Stun' part. You need to press 'B' constantly 3 times without being interrupted by him or any of the other guards. Once your Cape hits him in 3 times, he'll be stunned and that's when you need to pull off the beat down. It's pretty easy.
