Really shitty service, they have always been on time, got it witin minutes. Sorry for all that are still waiting but I've only had good experiences before, bought over 20 items over the last three years.

I'm still waiting. I've just sent an email finding out. They said at 5:45pm when I got the call I'd get it within 2-3 hours. so 7:45-8:45pm. It's now almost 10:30pm.
I have no doubt they are legit, but taking their time, and yet says new customers have to wait 15mins for the key, where regular get it within 5mins.

I was going to buy this online too but have just read through some of the official bugs forums and I now think I will wait until they fix some issues before getting this game. Typical of FM to require a decent patch before embarking on a career game.

They probably ran out of keys pretty fast seeing how great the price was. And now they are having a we fucked up what do we tell them issue. Piss poor management.

I think the deley is because gamecards is just so cheap, they've sold out REALLY fast. If I had of known of the site before, I'd have ordered much earlier, only found the site when it was linked here.
If I don't get the key by 6pm this evening, I'm contacting them again. They said they will be getting more in around 6-8 hours. 8 hours will be up to 4pm.

I think for the price, it's worth the wait. I don't want to cancel as I'm not paying near £30 for the game. I never have. I've always pirated it, and then bought it when it's around the £15 mark.
While the game IS worth the £26-30 mark because it's a great game, I don't really like paying that much for something that comes out every year and isn't really that different, similar the the FIFA games.

Last year it took a good week before the game was cracked. With the new protection this time I bet were looking at a another 7 days yet.

They told me they wouldn't get more cd keys until Monday, so I answered a bit disappointed hoping for some compensations but didn't get it. So I just made them refund me, it went pretty quick. So I'll hold on and see what happens on Monday, maybe its cracked, or maybe I've found another site with a good offer.
