Am little worried about those "big" maps - they won't be that big as they saying

^LOL, CoD Modern Warfare 2 got a 10 in the sound department while BF3 got 9.5?
BF3 has some of the most impressive sound effects, MW2(and MW1, and BO and MW3) has weak weapon sound effects, most weapons sound like pop guns, even the fucking .50 cal sniper rifle sounds like a toy gun.
What a joke.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

GEFORCE 285.62 DRIVER
GeForce GTX 580:
Up to 6% in Battlefield 3
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Triggers for rotor speed would be cool. I either hit ground with mouse+keyboard or don't have any speed |
The way helicopters work in BF3 is a little different from previous iterations (at least going by the beta).
In BF3 helicopters have:
Ascend
Descend
Throttle Up
Throttle Down
In previous iterations of the BF franchise Ascend was automatically linked to throttle up, and Descend was automatically linked to throttle down.
The new system allows for greater tactical maneuverability in that you can hold "throttle up" to gain speed with minimal gain in altitude, and vice versa. When using this method of flight, your primary means to control altitude is the pitch of your nose rather than the status of your throttle.
If you want helicopters to handle almost precisely like they did in BF2, map your ascend/throttle up keys (and descend/throttle down) to the same key once in game.
The AH-1Z Viper flies better (faster, with tighter cornering capability while at lower altitudes) with the keys not linked. The Russian Havoc however is nowhere near as responsive in turn radius and thus it's better to link the keys and use throttle as a primary method of altitude control rather than pitch.
It'll be interesting to see how the scout helicopters will handle this.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.
