rarely bought a game without trying it, and i suppose at least a clone release is close now.
no idea why is supposed not to have shipped it, also doom 3 was supposed to retai the 3rd of august but was in shops at the end of july right?

I'm not saying that it isn't being sold anywhere because it probably is. It's just weird that you don't even know anymore how much shops were selling it (at least 2???) since you claim to have 'seen' it. For your info: 3 comes after 2 and after 3 comes 4....

i said "at least 2" because i was looking for galaxies the total experience and i saw gta in 2 stores. after reading skidrow i have the doubt wether or not was the actual game or only the box for display... i'll go checking

as far I know shops UK get it in today doesnt mean they will sell it , the info I had was that they sell it thursday/friday at midnight all I hope that it will be true but we will have to wait and see , if the game actualy comes in today in those stores then it will probaly be just matter of time that it will be pred all depands of the protection then.

I don't think you have to wait long now guys. Protection looks to be securom, but i'm no expert :/ just saw that disc spinning when loading.

Many shops get their stuff up to two weeks before to get the stuff out on a certain release date. With bigger titles its getting shorter and shorter to fuck up the piracy. If groups have suppliers in a cd pressing factory, they can often get a retail copy even earlier. But even if they get it earlier, the stuff needs to be cracked and thats more often than not a big time consuming process nowadays...
