The bar has some weight as well, what is too much depends on you. I do little weights on upper body as I suck. I do a weight that after 10-15 pushes my arms say good bye, then cool down 1-3 mins, redo, cool agian redo and go to next thing-

You should be fine lifting anything your capable of lifting (eg. If you can move it, your fine to do so often) so long as you warm up, and stay warmed up during the time where you will be lifting. As Martinius says, he takes a break after 15 pushes then goes back to it, thats a good way of doing things to begin with so long as you dont let your muscles cool down too much inbetween each "cycle".. If you do your just going to pull and fuck muscles.
You shouldnt overly try to lift something, if something is liftable go with it, but if you find yourself having to REALLY work hard (face red, head pulsing sort of hard) then you need to be lifting less.
Also, its best to lift less, for more time, than more for less time ! You wont get stronger/bigger by just lifting really heavey weights, its all about training your body over time.

"too much for the 2nd day of doing it??"
Don't work the same muscle group two days in a row. Thats counter productive when trying to get stronger/bigger. What are your goals?

Just as krzys said, have a day between for the muscles to rest. I do running every 2nd day, and upper body the other every 2nd day.

At the benchpress i put 20 kilo on both sides, bar is 10 kilo so do the math. I haven't done the bench press in some time now, coz the right side of my body is stronger than my left side and i am trying to correct that now by doing alot of single weight exercises.

I disagree. Between 135-185 is pretty much the standard for where someone that does not lift will start with, in fact, absolutely everyone I have known started in this range and I have known TONS of people over the years that were serious lifters. I don't lift myself but the last time my buddies challenged me to I was able to put up 250 3 times, however I have a very wide frame. The only excercise I do at this point is practicing MMA techniques.
As the others stated, you don't want to work the same muscle groups every day. When I was in the military, we would (not with weights but) run 5-10 miles M,W,F then upper body, and stomach area Tues,Thurs in the form of pyramid pushups(diamonds, regular, wide), butterfly kicks and variations, crunches(each side individually), and some other various excersises sometimes with M-16A2's for added weight.
Hmm, yeah anyways, I just didn't like that weak comment because that is the norm.
btw 20 kilos = about 45 lbs

I don't see anyone claiming they can lift between 135-185lb. Do you know why that's the standard though? because the average male should be able to bench press 90% his bodyweight.

Btw, I meant 20 kilo on each side not 10 - 10 - 10 but 20 - 10 - 20.

Lol that's complete BS.... people who never lifted start between 60 - 100? I know people who come to the gym who have been training 20 years and lift like 120 kilo. These people they have such buff bodies you wouldn't believe it and you wanna say someone who starts out with lifting, his first visit..... to the gym and starts lifting within that range...?? Maybe someone who is 20+ with military experience but the ordinary guy who never done lifting..... impossible..

23kg.. well that's pretty damn weak. i could lift more than that when i was 12. idk what i can lift now but in yr 11 in PE i could leg press over 200 (that's all it went to) and bench press 60. some guy (2 actually) could do the whole lot, but they were biiiiig guys. If your arms are dying after 7 though you cant be using the right technique :/ and you should try different muscle groups to keep a steady routine.

Some people are really strong, they have a real strong like basic strength, like a friend of mine he's 18 and he takes a single weight of 20 kilo in one arm. That's coz he had a real active life, always doing some kind of sport or working. But the avarage guy can't do that.

A lot of it depends on genetics, what type of job you have, what you eat, etc...
If you sit infront of the computer all day, everyday and barely eat anything other than junk food than don't expect to be strong.
Also, you say you know people who have trained for "20 years and only lift like 120 kg". Just because they don't lift more doesn't necessarily mean they're lifting to get strong. Most people lift to change their body (bodybuilding) while others lift to get stronger (powerlifting).

I know, with body building you take 80% of your maximum and lift it 3 times a set. Powerlifting is like you take a weight which you can lift 12 times a set.

Regarding the 20 years and only lift like 120kg, I've seen a guy completely max his body out at about that point where no matter how much lifting he did he could not get his weight up any more than that, but he was only around 5'2 and about 20 years old at the time. If you know regular sized guys that can only put up 120kg after 20 years of lifting, and they are power lifting, they are doing something seriously wrong. So I would have to agree with
krzys on that.
Pizda, powerlifting is lifting to build bulk and big muscles. Lots of weight, less repetitions. Basically burst strength, with fast twitch muscle fiber.
If they are doing less weight and lots of repetitions, they are going for overall body tone and endurance. I'm not real sure what this is refered to as.
If I'm wrong here then terms have changed on me or my brain is fing up.
Also, Pizda at 14 years old I could put up 210 lbs = what 105 kg about? all natural never having lifted(not free weight though). So it's not impossible. Seriously no joke or exaggeration. Though like I stated, I have a really wide frame.
Steve, you should really get a workout plan and stick to it. It should be pretty easy to find something that would work for you.
Yeah well not much else to say so, gl with your lifting bro.
