So, I got my new PSU and HSF in the mail at work today.. (for those of you not in IRC Ive been bitching all weekend about my system being a bit fucky due to heat/power).. I go home at lunch, I have an hour to fit the new PSU and heatsink.. sounds easy right? GOD DAMNIT! The PSU wouldnt fit at first, so I had to take EVERYTHING out of my case and do it that way, then fitting the HSF was a pain as its friggin MASSIVE!
Needless to say I got it all together in just over an hour, I put the "basic essentials" back into the machine and tried to boot it up.. nothing! The new HSF gets power though, so thats a good sign, I think the RAM isnt in place properly (2 beeps = Parity failure) but now Im back at work, wanting to go home and fix it because I hate having broken hardware! it annoys the hell out of me!

You probably won't be very productive at work now.
! I done a 14 hour day yesturday (4am till 5pm) so I'm not really that fussed about producing a lot of "work" today
