Call their headquarters (0299 - 399 599) and explain the situation. Every Bart Smit-shop should help you and not only the shop where you bought it. They just used a lame excuse. :S Keep me updated and if you need help pm me and I'll call them for you to try to work things out with them.

Four questions:
1. Anyone have random crashes back to desktop? And sometimes game freezes and sound loops, so i have to hard restart the PC...am i alone in this? Because sometimes i can play for hours with no problem...
2. I bought the normal game, not limited edition, so will the DLC be on origin only, or can we buy some key to unlock 4 maps on origin on other sites?
3. Any idea of price of DLC?

4. When will the DLC be released?

FINALLY, on my second try, the indian ea support guy upgraded the RUS to EU Version , saved 9€ compared to the EU version if i would buy it on a Key-Shop xD

Russian version should have had English in the first place , only EA with the dick move they did removing English

Sometimes on Steam, Games are only Russian,too... So u have to install a language-Patch..^^

hey, most of us "nhohump con artists" bought the game.

And for Origin, its only used to download and install the game anyways. Once done, you can block its access to the internet completly and you can still launch the game.

You have to set the language on the ea-site (https://help.ea.com/connect-with-us) to UK or US otherwise you don't get the option for live-chat (only telephone or e-mail). I had to retry a few times because the option was greyed out (read: too busy). |
