gotta say i watched all of freddie's videos but lately he hasn't been so good , even his last BF4 trailer wasn't impressive for me
bad gun sounds , camera position and movement doesn't feel like actual the soldier in a bf game
besides this other guy is just as good graphically but has better sound effects

I'm sick of the constant crashes in this game, my comp hard locks so i have to reset every time.
Must be a hardware problem but it has never failed me before this.
Ryzen 5 3600 cpu@3.60 Mhz.
hyper x 32 gb ddr 4 memory.
Msi Carbon gaming pro ac motherboard.
Evga 600 psu.
Msi Armour rx 8 gb 5700 Graphic card.
Ps4 Standard 500gb.
Lg 4k 42 inch tv.
Oculus Quest 2.

Keep in mind the game's extremely hardware intensive. Take a look at your cooling, CPU voltages, etc. Also dust out the case and such.

I've noticed this game is very sensitive to improperly overclocked hardware.

I used to but i've put everything back to stock setting now.
I installed the latest drivers n they allow me to play 5-6 mins more for some reason but after that, crash, crash , crash.

Have you been monitoring stuff while playing? Start recording CPU and GPU temps before entering the game, play for a couple of minutes and alt-tab and check them. If they've been okay while playing, try pumping up the CPU voltage a bit or doing a RAM test. Onboard sound devices can also cause problems.

Ive found the only option that makes ANY difference to frames is Mesh.
I have a rapidly aging machine, Q6600, 2 gig ram, GTX 460 and I can run it everything on ultra / max with mesh on low at a steady 40- 50 fps.
changing any other option only makes a 1-2 frame difference, mesh gives me a 40fps difference from ultra to low

I've noticed occasionally that some low ranked players(1-5) have weapons that aren't supposed to be unlocked till 15-25.
Specificaly, I saw a guy with the F2000 and he was rank 2.
How is that possible?

Are you using a program like Rivatuner or MSI Afterburner to overlay stuff on the screen? This can/will cause the game to crash.

I've been experiencing a couple of crashes but as far as I can see they're related to my GPU (lol ATI) which is at stock speeds.
Unless these "Display driver has stopped working" errors are somehow linked to my CPU, which is overclocked.
But I don't think so.

Check your Windows event viewer for around the time that it crashes to get details on what potentially might be the problem. For example I just found out about 2 months ago the reason my system was hardlocking was because of A) bad sata cable plugged to my DVD burner or B) Bad DVD burner C) bad sata port on the MOBO. Who would have known that that would be the cause of system hardlocks o.O But event viewer did hint at it.

so far the game has been running like butter for me. multiplayer that is, single player drops my fps kinda mercilessly...
havent had a crash yet, but id still like for someone to explain the games fucking windowed mode... it never keeps the size i set it to and it never remembers the last position i put it in...

Both would be ideal. 
I think a cheap Phenom II x4 would help... but a new GPU (6850/GTX460) would also help you.

I was expecting crashes, but didn't have a single one today with 3h 20min playtime. Friend has CTD once a few rounds with same GPU. He used to have them after 5-15min, lowering settings helped, but something funky in the game.
Anyway, beta crashed on me a lot. After that I've upgraded every driver and updated windows, but doubt those had effect. Happy that it works for me, but feel for all of you that it doesn't.

Then the overclocks were unstable to begin with. This is why you make sure your overclocks are fully stable before you start using them 24/7

6-7 hours of play and not even a single ctd, no stuttering whatsoever and rock-solid framerate eveywhere. Aww yeah finally
