Can someone enlighten me about all the skidrow "jokes? Why is it funny to keep posting trollfaces after skidrow? I find it odd, they cracked the game first, cred to them? Or what am I missing?

LOL. Probably something to do with the fact that 99.9% of their releases FAIL! Wink Very Happy

What teams are you guys playing as?

I tried Arsenal but it was too easy, signed samba, hamsik and hulk and won premier league & f.a cup. Had some luck with the midfield as well, ramsey and arteta had both monster seasons both averaging 7.4+. Already got bored, any fun team that you can recommend playing as that poses a bit more of a challenge?

Started of with Leicester to get a feel for the game. Plenty of decent players, with some god awful high wages. Slightly messy team(Sven went a bit crazy before this season), and if you don't get a promotion your economy will be screwed. Sold a few, and had some mils to spend from the beginning.

Bought verratti, Izco and bittencourt as the two major players. Pretty fun so far, 1 point lead after 19 matches. Even beat manu in the league cup 4-3 on penalties.

Trying to run the game on my work pc, but it keeps crashing because it needs a directx dll. As i dont have administrator rights to copy the dll to the system32 folder or even install directx 9 from scratch...

i need an excuse to say to the tech guy for why i need directx, anyone have any ideas? Very Happy

Tried putting the dll in the folder, it doesnt give the directx error anymore... now it just crashes Smile

Probably needs a full directx install. Trying to figure out if there is any software that needs it to run and that i can say with a straight face that i need to work lol

Yea the game is pretty easy, try LLM rules and start uneployed, applying for bottom level teams, that might provide a few years challenge.

MLS is a good place for harder challenge. You need to work around salary cap, you have draft, waivers, weird rules and very even league. With salary cap, there is also a lot of strategy involved, you can play it like Red Bull or Galaxy by spending a fortune on couple of very good players and have others playing almost for free or you can have very small team with wages evenly distributed like Real Salt Lake. And waiver rule is also nice, you can basically throw away whole team after a season and build another one.

Intentionally tanking whole season to get a better draft spot is also quite fun. Very Happy

Only problem is dumb AI that may sell Thierry Henry at start of the very first season.

Try Bulgarian "B" group and we`ll talk. most of the players/staff are weak, the wage/transfer budget is really low and if you manage to get promoted you`ll have to face at some point "A" group teams like CSKA, Levski, Litex and Ludogorets, which for some reason are made really strong in this year`s edition of the game (unlike in real life).

No crashes here. Still on 12.0.3 as I can't bother updating. Try windowed mode, it helped me in some previous game where I had some crashes.

I think it's your system. The game works for me. I cannot compare two players though (if I try to do so, FM crashes). Anyway, it doesn't matter to me because I don't use this option.

ok, this one bugs me quite a lot - is there a shortcut anywhere on the keyboard for the "skip replay" function while in 3D match?
