Considering it's a console game you're going to have to adjust your expectations. How else are they supposed to cram so much detail into a world? I must need a fucking eye test because it looks more than fine enough.

I just want a decent 2D GTA game again, GTA is made for top view imo, 3D ain't cutting it for me, although Vice City was epic.
San Andreas was aweful, GTA IV was better but pretty shit.
