The ALI213 version has fucked up graphics even with the v2 crack, like everything is set to ultra low graphics regardless of what you have selected in the options.

Yeah.. the icons and such for inventory items are messed up and pixelated.
Furthermore, the graphics are absolute shit on max settings. No shadows or proper lighting or anything, looks like a 2001 game. Dunno if crack related or just the game. I watched some youtube videos and they looked about the same but I dunno hard to tell on youtube.
There's definately something wrong. The lighting isn't rendered properly or something, so there are almost no shadows. I've checked some of JB's screenshots and it's not supposed to be like that. There also seems to be some microstuttering. Considering all of us that we tried the game with the crack have this problem, it must be the crack's fault.

Fucking ImageShack. I won't open that link just out of general principle. As for the graphics errors; wait for a better crack .. though it is odd for a CRACK to be causing broken graphics. New FADE, anyone?
The cracked game defaults to the lowest settings (it's being discussed on another forum that it's due to Chinese letters in one of the cracked files ). Check JBeckman's screenshots and you'll see it's quite a different story there.
Other than the shadow maps which when viewed from a distance or passing over a low resolution reflection (water for example.) defaults to a pile of square pixels.
Finished the first playtrough, not bad though the last level hit performance a bit compared to the previous locations, unsure if I could have done anything differently but I'll try some other stuff in the next playtrough.
(Also noticed each character have their own vision so the ranger/archer detects hidden stashes / secrets while the dwarf sees weak stone structures and reveals secrets that way as a example, thus you won't reveal everything in the level with just a single character when not in co-op.)
And yeah you do have AI companions (I think I mentioned this before but it's in all released screens and listed as one of the main features I believe.) but they take care of themselves so you don't have to worry about them too much.
(They even upgrade and switch equipment without you having to do or spend anything, technically they loot and shop when you do thus changing their gear from that.)
(Can give basic orders as well via C / Hold and Z / Attack but I found it unneeded.)
EDIT: Also hopefully expansions or at worst DLC will allow visiting some of the locations the map covers but aren't used for anything currently.
(There's two challenge maps currently that takes place in special areas but those are fairly small and very easy.)
I had no issues but the game isn't that complex in terms of combat, light and heavy attacks plus abilities (1 - 3 on the number keys.) and ctrl together with alt for variants like block or weapon switch.
(From melee to ranged actually with alt and ctrl for blocking or dodging, actually dodging might have been spacebar.)
Still the controls work without issue and they're fairly minimal.
(Tab for the current most useful UI - like stats after leveling up or quests after accepting something new - but also I, L and others for specific pages directly.)

Took most of yesterday and a large part of today to go trough but I missed a few things since I used the same character throughout the entire SP game.
I think there was just about ten locations but these are then divided into sub levels which range from one to around five per location, one and a half to two hours per level for the first playtrough though three of these are mainly town hubs but I spent quite some time in those as well talking to people and looking for better equipment.
(Not that much variation in armor parts but it works quite well to give each character a specific appearance.)
(There are still a hundred+ items of course, some will just look very similar to one another but vary in stats and such bonuses.)
EDIT: Visuals might not be state of the art but there's some neat effects and touches like rain, snow and their effect on characters plus how arrows tend to stick around (And cause specific wounds, also aiming for the head can cause a lot of damage which is very useful on tougher enemies.) so it's very detailed still.
