Probably not but i've been hoping for SWAT 5 with an improved engine , graphics , physics ect for a long time now.
The true spiritual successor to R6 a far asi'm concerned. Well SWAT 4 that is.

For now, I'm indifferent about what I just saw. I don't hate it...yet.
No matter what, they have to lose the instinctual vision properties. That seems to be all the rage these days - enough with it.
And yes, I am as sick of QTEs as the rest of you.

dear game developers, if you want to be 'edgy' and tackle subjects like this, let me fucking join the side i actually agree with rather than being the blind club of the powerful
also, wtf, see through walls now?
the entire premise of R6 was realistic modern day hostage rescue etc
you don't need magic, scifi or a story
the story happens between missions, leaving the open ended standalone maps free for replay at any time
(i can't count how many times i've lone wolved that raven shield penthouse mission with max enemies)

it's ok if you crumble under the stress of choice over picking a door to go through
it's ok if you don't look before you jump
it's ok if you don't understand that bullets hurt

Well, you play from a 'hostage' perspective and a squad perspective. I don't see the problem here, it's pretty cool. Adds a new layer to the story.

- Splinter Cell -> completely fucked up by Conviction
- Brothers in Arms -> completely fucked up by BiA: Furious 4
- Call of Juarez -> completely fucked up by The Cartel
- Rainbow Six -> partially fucked up by Vegas, and will receive the coup de grace with Patriots
- Ghost Recon -> partially fucked up by GRAW, and will receive the coup de grace with Future Soldier
- Prince of Persia -> partially fucked up by PoP2008 and The Forgotten Sands
- Far Cry -> partially fucked up by Far Cry 2, Far Cry 3 is still a question mark
- Silent Hunter -> completely fucked up by SHV
(and I've probably forgotten some)
