what trully amazes me, is that treyarch includes ranked dedicated servers with black ops, no problem whatsoever, not an issue ... but the mw's from IW it suddenly is ?

The game downloaded a 11 MB update, likely the binaries. (Exe files and dll files.)

The key might thus be available but with the SIM/SID disc leak lacking said exe files (Most likely.) it can't be utilized until released via Steam as to have said exe decrypted and usable.
(Or some such, I've never been that good at describing things well.)

EDIT: Those 11 MB files were just the day-1 update, exe files are still missing actually.

EDIT: Why is the game using a signed security certificate?

EDIT: (Still encrypted of course.) update files.

EDIT: Update 2, SP exe file.
