That's excellent then, might perhaps see the decryption keys a bit earlier if so which is even better.
(Although what with the release of LA Noire and Modern Warfare 3 speeds might be a bit varied.)

(EDIT: Right there's also the matter of the day-1 launch update unless it's part of the preload data immediately, still going by the console discussion it's down to minor glitches like animations and some small bugs, nothing unexpected there.)

aah, I love these discussions few days before the release whether it's going to be cracked early or not Smile

Doesnt matter. I havent still solved Witcher2 neither DeusEx3 so there enough RPG stuff still to play.
When its out on Friday in my country I am going to check the prices in my local electronics market and if they have an good offer, I think I am going to buy it (even if I dont like Steam at all), otherwise I am going to wait for a scene release.

Remembering Oblivion we may expect that Skyrim is going to need lots and lots of updates and fixes in the weeks and months to come and THAT may be the best reason in this case (beside supporting Bethesda, ...maybe) to buy it because waiting for every update to be cracked may become a pain in the ass...
For Oblivion you could simply mount the mini-image with DT and play with the uncracked exe - but these times are over...

A clusterfuck is in progress at Intkeys because of MW3, it's Russian only. All kinds of language packs are floating and Intkeys is working on an 'official' one. I'm getting worried Sad Many MW3 keys are delayed too it seems.

i think it does not have CEG (because of modifications) and it will have similar protection like FNV so cracks for updates might be fast but its just my guess

Maybe you could Email one of the Robbers for a key ???

In France, two masked men armed with tear gas and knives stole a truck thought to contain around 6000 copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3...

Very Happy

It's easy to say Region Free before the game is out though. Intkeys became a bit more cautious after the semi fustercluck that was Battlefield 3 and took out the region free from Skyrim, placing an advisory in its place.

The site's designer is pretty dumb though. He decided to make it a point that anyone interested in a key would be able to see support anywhere on the site. And support chat is basically just going to paint a picture of bad service because it 's mostly complaints. lol

Actually, IntKeys do that too. You don't HAVE to, its just for people that don't want to mess around with VPNs and other proxy stuff for activating Eastern European keys IntKeys activated my copy of RAGE for me.

Well Oranos it's region free, BUT it's region locked to Russia so they have to activate it for you since they're from Russia or you can use a VPN lol

It says:

Please note that the game is region restricted to Russia. You need to use Russian VPN to activate or give us your steam ID and password and disable steam guard.

Right on the page. So um... wow. In the sense that they say it's free but um... lol

Do any free russian VPNs even exist? I'm so hyped that I'd almost order there..but have...to...resist..

Sent them an email with some questions about refunds and how long activation would take though. Curious about the response..

Yeah, that's BS. They have no way of knowing whether it's region free after activation or not. Even IntKeys are saying they won't know until release day.

It's pretty safe to hand over your Steam account to someone else anyway so long as you make sure you are in control of the email address linked with Steam.

Yep, that's not really what I'm worried about. But it seems no one has ever tried them. I'm not going to be the guinea pig for it though Razz . May try intkeys after i know whether it's region-locked or not.

Edit: Reviews on the site are pretty positive.. still, hard to trust those Razz
