Recommended to wait. Current crack is bugged and limits the game to 45 fps.
Main PC : I7 12700, MSI Ventus RTX 4090 24gb, Alienware AW3423DW QD-OLED

Is it me or the game looks really really bad.MW 2 looked better at least i remeber it looking better than this.
Its really weird since ive played about 3 hours on the Xbox 2 days ago and it kinda looked better.
The african level especially looks like garbage,everything blends in,and the details on the weapons are sometimes pretty bad,like some parts of them are more detailed than others.
The game feels like an anemic step brother of MW 2,at least in the GFX departament

Shaka set that image quality to native. Otherwise maximum blur.
Can't make it look better than that though, still quake 3 engine so yeah.

Played some missions, point and shoot, not impressed, weapons are pew pew, same sound and animations and weapons as cod4, nothing changed, same menu, same transitions, same fucking game .
This game is going to turn into a fucking 'The Young and the Restless'

Ive allready have it set to native,but the problem is more on the artistic side,and i think the modeling side of things.Some weapons like the MG 36 look like big chunks of wood.
You can tell right away everything is bad compared to MW 2.

Nearly all weapons are black painted this time around (Some are a bit more varied though, there's a few white weapons for example.) and with the darker tint and scratch markings they look a bit blocky.
(G36 for example, AK also doesn't really look like a -47 at all but more like the AN-94/Abakan or what the name of it is.)

 and the difference between this and every other fps out there? Like bf3 for instance? it's also a pew pew game

I gave up and removed it alltogether.
Its really a louzy job compared to previous cods,even Blops,and it doesnt help that BF 3 set the bar so high for sound and gfx,guess it was a great move by EA afterall to come out right before this.

you can't call a fps game a pew pew and ignore all the other pew pew derp fests out there.
It's not like every other player on bf3 is trained in fps... a lot of derpness going on in bf3 as well. So, umm... elitist attitude much?

New 3dm crack fixes fps issue but crashes on spec ops missions. So yeah fail again.

waldoj, i think its a missunderstanding.
for you "pew pew" equals all "FPS"
for most of us "pew pew" is a sub group of "FPS"
i.e. a sub group inside the FPS genre widely considered as subpar or right out bad (here it depends on personal taste and opinion of course). |
Yes. Personal taste and opinion.
But I don't see any real difference in calling this pew pew pew and bf3 not being pew pew pew. Personal taste and opinion aside. Both games are equally derpified to the extreme.
The thing that stands out in the bf3 are the vehicles, larger-smaller maps (even though all the flags are close to each other and only things that the furthest away from anything are the initial spawn points ) and the pretty graphics. That's about it. Apart from the voice chat being spammed by idiots, you get chats being spammed by grown up idiots who get frustrated because other people aren't playing the same way.
So again... both games are nerfed up, both have derps playing them, one has prettier graphics and more options but still suppar gameplay considered what it could've really been. And yet it's not pew pew cause it has better graphics and a facebook like integration, and a tonne of useless bugs / features.
Yes. mw3 is the only pew pew derp shooter
High horses and all aside... both games are fun. Neither deserve to be called pew pew unless you're an elitist slut.

I just wanted to point out i installed the crack, changed the image quality to 4, and ran through the campaign just fine, no bugs, no crashes, including spec ops
