For some reason steam won't show download speed (shows how much time is left though) when preloading Skyrim. When downloading other games, speed is displayed as normal. Further, once preload finishes, steam still thinks it's at 0% but won't restart it or anything unless I delete the files. I suppose this could just be a display problem, but still slightly worrying. I used a cjs key and vpn

same here. guess it's a bug. i'm sure steam will properly see the files once its released.

it goes to one conclussion. In those games where world levels around player and items appear on mobs as You level, makes it harder to become very powerfull, becouse once i get that equimpent, every god damn rat will be running with it Thats for oblivion
after 15houts in Skyrim I can say that there is PLENTY or iron, steel, hide equipment. I am level 10 and only now, some orcish weapons started to appear. So it goes in oblivion footsteps, tho this time it doesnt feel so out of place and obvious. games does great job of me not noticing that work is lvl with me.
Still only 15hours and lvl10 character, so I might be all wrong.
Noooo why Scaling enemies is the only thing I cant accept in a Elder Scrolls game. Oblivion wasnt half as enjoyable like Morrowind was. Although scaling is far less then Oblivion, its the only reason stopping me from buying the game

Got the same as you.
If you open up steam however with the VPN enabled again, it'll verify those files and says preload complete.
So I'm assuming its just a preactivation thing. Once its activate it'll be fine.

Here is some info about IntKeys again. It's nothing new but further confirmation about what we already know:
(Anthony is one of the admins of the IntKeys Chat, he responded to me personally)

I think tomorrow, maybe tonight, but we will first test the version
to assure the clients get what they ordered.

I dont believe that they are scamming us.
James said they were testing keys as we speak and would send them out soon. Sounds like a scam to me.
If anyone's still looking to get a cheap key www.cdkeyhouse.com is going to be putting up their EU and RU versions up soon. RU version is $30, they said they are scanning the keys right now and after they're done they will be listing Skyrim.
I bought BF3 here and I can verify that they are legit.
Do they accept Paypal?
Seems like they are out of stock already?
yes, They DO accept Paypal.
And No they haven't put up the keys up yet. They're wrapping up their scanning, so very soon (they keep saying!).
so say for instance since im in australia i get and activate an russian key via vpn do i have to wait for the russian release time or can i use the australian one?

If you purchase the Russian version, you will vpn using a Russian IP, launch steam and activate, disconnection from the VPN, close steam, relaunce steam and then preload.
When steam unlocks in your timezone, launch steam and that'll be that.

I got the same issue. Preloading is slow as hell for me also.
