You'll get your key when the aussie thing unlocks and everything seems fine. They have a guy standing by for when it unlocks. They'd rather be 100% sure before they send out keys instead of dealing with a clusterfuck if it turns out the RU versions need permanent VPN conenction. Seems reasonable to me.

I do the preload two times, first time with spanish language steam, and the game download the spanish strings files, then I do it again with steam on english and the game download the english strings so... im 100% confident that the RU keys are multilanguage.
