Posted some generic tweaks on the previous page, however you will likely want to set this so I'll post it here to.
bMouseAcceleration=0
(SkyrimPrefs.ini, 1 is default.)

small tip, if you want proper PC FOV, hit the tilde key and type: fov 90
you have to do this every time you start the game, but this way you won't have to muck about with ini files.

"We do not accept receipts from online auction websites or used software vendors. If you do not provide a valid purchase receipt, Valve will not be able to transfer the CD Key.
We do not reset CD Keys which have been disabled for violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and/or End User License Agreement or banned by VAC for cheating infractions."

Will it stay that way the whole game session? I remember that it didn't work like that in Oblivion and you either had to use that FOV mod or you had to type a more complex command and then save and make a ini read-only or something like that, because if you only typed "fov 90" it kept resetting when doing various things in the game.

Listen to this guys, from facebook some guy tried to get steam to reset the key, this is the reply from Steam:
