this really is horse shit. i understand why a uk deal wouldnt work in america n shit, but this is NZ... we're still under the crown ffs... WHAT IS THIS BIASED MADNESS!!!
i guess i can take some solace in the fact that for this oversight, i shall punish EA by pirating MANY many of their games... dont wanna give me my free game? THEN I TAKES THEM ALL FOR MY VERY OWN!!!!

used a vpn. hopefully at worst if they get upset, theyll just remove it from me.... meh... im just hoping EA wont freak out over a free old game, especially when so many other people are going after it as well.

Ziis that was hard Have already played the game a lot when it got relesed, but free is free.
Tried 30mins to get Origin to log in with the VPN, I guess everyone is using it now to "buy" the game. Anyways after automatig logon crashed/took forever, tried manual version, kept complaining about wrong password, even when it was right. Then the Nth attempt worked and logged in with pound prices.
Search for game, add to cart both fine, but checkout just didn't work, no matter how long it stood there. Disabled VPN and worked instantly, luckily it wasn't needed after the thing was in cart. At least I'm now ready for more free UK games, bring them on!

Personally I though it was a great blast. Not a long lasting classic, but a hella lotta fun.
Though you must be into the more arcade side of racers to even consider it. If you're expecting realism you'll be very dissapointed.

i remembered really not enjoying the racing very much - i hated the open world style where you constantly had to be consulting your map - was really flow breaking for me.
but i DID have a shitload of fun just cruising around the game world.

Gets tiring soon. The handling is annoying and keeps surprising me in a bad way.
First this, then the new NFS:HP, fucking Criterion needs to stfu with their bullshit.

Double the visceral cinematicness double the crappiness, yeah, that's pretty much about it!
