L.A.Noire.The.Complete.Edition.v1.0.2393.1.multi5.cracked.READ.NFO-THETA

this is the version where loads complain of stuttering and me of the face distortion problem .
Need a scene release instead of what looks like a fuck up for some.

Try the command line arguments or how to call them. They helped a lot of people.

I tried. I added -str and -npd to the command line, and still it stutters everytime the camera changes position. It's terrible.

Confused Laughing let me guess your on a laptop ... because i play the Theta version with the command lines added in the launcher configuration menu on a RIG : AMD x2 6000+ 3,2ghz with 2gig of ram with a GF9600gt and i can play with all bells and whistles with AA x4 Quality and all set to max ... and that rig is from 2006 and the gpu is from 2008 on a OS win7 x64 Laughing

so you can say i can run this with 60 fps on a 5 year old machine LULZ Laughing Troll Dad

For those still having problems:
Have you tried different gfx drivers?. For me it started to stutter like crazy since i installed the latest nvidia beta drivers, went back to the previous version and it was gone.

I'm playing it on a 4 year old PC and same settings (E8400 @ 3.6 GHz, 8800GT, 4GB, win 7 x64 ultimate). Not 60 FPS... Sometimes laggy during crime scene investigations/interrogations, but mostly smooth. Using just the -str command.

Try the nomousy app for getting rid of the cursor.

Pretty dissatisfying end. Overall, it was a good game, but repetitive.

pretty much

it could have been more dramatic, especially the ending, if they'd done it like in Mafia it would have been more 'deep'

no stutterings here, GTX 480, but just some crackling sounds once in a while, seems to be related to disk access moments (e.g. during saving); anyone getting these sound issues?

Team Bondi didn't do this port and they closed more than a month ago.

It's a bad port (surprising heh.. Laughing ) but if you're lucky and don't experience any stuttering 30fps aren't THAT annoying, since the game is an adventure where action sequences are very marginal aspects Razz

I hope a scene release is coming soon... I tried this L.A.Noire.The.Complete.Edition.v1.0.2393.1.multi5.cracked.READ.NFO-THETA release and followed all the instructions and it still won't start and gives me debug messages. I tried two different hard drives and a dozen ways of naming it when installed. I even reinstalled all the required microsoft and directx files and still won't get past the patch.

Well i had the stutters, running E6600, 4gb ram, GTX 260, latests beta drivers.

Added shortcut, put the -str -npd on the shortcut, on the commandline.txt, on the launcher GFX Settings part, and no more stutter (after adding it in the shortcut i solved the stutter, but i left them in all 3 options to activate command lines just in case) Its running sweetly

Yes, it's capped at 30, but it's not a bad port at all. It ran smoothly and flawlessly all the way for me.

same, OCCASIONALLY it sttuterd a bit but it wasn't unplayable
i thought it was really good, a bit overlong but still a great game, the main quest + 30 sidequests took me about 20 hours and i missed 3 newspapers and 10 sidequests

I didn't and still don't see the point in completing all the shit, like finding all badges and visiting all sites since they're pretty useless, even car finding since you can't really keep the cars.
And in 20 hours i got the sense i've seen pretty much everything, sure those 10 sidequests were probably foot/car chases or shootouts, since about half were actually locations you wouldn't have explored otherwise.

Oh and 30 fps locked Max Payne 3 is gonna be the bomb. Cool Face

I'm quite liking Skyrim, though. : (
