The attributes were lost during the streamlining process. Deal with it. *g*

I'm so glad I paid money for this game, the developers of titles like this one deserves each and every single penny.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

yeah thats funny too, i was in a house and fought dudes, suddenly i hear fighting from another room which i havent been in yet. Turned out it was my npc that finally showed up after taking the scenic route and used the front door.

My gripe with the compass is that it actually indicates landmarks, that spoils the "surprise" for me because i KNOW there's something there. Hence I prefer to disable it and the floating quest arrow as well. I always refer to the map when I want to see where I need to go. Although Skyrim's map isn't that much help, being covered with clouds and not clearly displaying roads.

I am curious..has anyone found any use for rotating the items other than the beginning dungeon? I was kind of hoping they would elaborate on that neat idea a bit more, but honestly I havn't done too much of the main quest, and i'd imagine some of it is there.

If you're referring to getting lock combinations with this method in your post, then no, I haven't encountered any other uses.

There are quite a few claws. You'll need 3 just to solve a rather long quest.

what's the command on the skyrim.ini to load loose files?
I keep checking it in the launcher but when I get back there it's unchecked.

That's good to hear.. just the claws though? Seems they could of done alot of stuff with it as well.. like putting symbols on parchment for you to find correct ways through Dwemer dungeons and such. I like the idea, hopefully they will take it further in future games.

Imagine a proper Lord of the rings sandbox rpg using this engine. |
The MERP team is planning on switching their mod to Skyrim as opposed to Oblivion as it was until now. Let's hope they can do that and finally finish the mod.

Well the claws are the keys to the dungeon, the backstory for those dungeons is pretty cool. I'll let you find out which quest this is. The reward is a pretty decent amulet

Got 3Dvision + 120hz monitor, havent yet tried 3D |
go do it now, it's worth a full playthrough each in batman arkham asylum, fallout 3 and fallout new vegas as well.
seriously, try it in f1 2011 too if you like racing, never had so much added to a racing title ever but for driving test drive unlimited 2 is flawless in 3D and adds a ton.
just enable your shortcut keys and find a targeting reticule that's in the game to adjust your convergence with so the horizon and the reticule are both lined up.
the cowboy gun is the easiest type of thing to do it with, the ironsight hole drilled in the metal. |
Batman and Witcher 2 was awesome in 3D (witcher 2 best use of 3D what i have seen). Anyway just tried on 3D skyrim quickly, the same place where i took that screen. Seems to be running solid 60fps on everything highest Also looks damn nice (depth is very nice, and convergence is pretty much perfect).

yup, nearly every bethesda game lately is near perfect in 3D vision too, water is....... well.... painful in fallout 3 if you have reflections on it enabled though.

anyone getting random silent CTDs sometimes? seems like it might be related to alt-tabbing, doesn't happen often, like 3 times total so far.
only thing changed is the ridiculous shadow texture size to 512.

Absolutely brilliant (and I've already experienced some of these bugs, especially the sudden "wtf" death shown in the end of the video)
