works fine on dolphin.no need for motion plus, nunchuck style is supported. mapped the controls to a xbox360 controller and it works just fine. played the first two levels. use opengl mode, d3d9 gives bad graphics
No, hence the "?" at the end of my sentence. Denoting a question Horror said "get the candles" which I interpreted to mean I would need my real Wiimote to play on Dolphin. I'm glad that's not true
I just saw the list of how many games really use this M+ thing, not that much, and in most of them it's optional anyway... ,the only interesting game so far that really required this is of course Zelda:SS

Janz, what sort of power of PC do you need for Dolphin, any idea if my dog old P4 3.2gig machine would be good enough, didn't realise Dolphin was finally playing stuff...
Looks like TB/PSJB2 might be the real deal, Leo, so keep an eye out for that. Either wait and see if a scene (free lolz) solution presents itself, or bite the bullet and pick up a dongle. Of course this "solution" means waiting for the hackers to constantly supply you with the fixed files (which they may well choose not to do at any moment of their choosing, or Sony may lock it all down, leaving you with a $60 paperweight) but hey... beggars can't be choosers, right?
Well, I don't know. I might finish Underped 3 and DerpZone 3 and update. I really don't play that much on PS3, so I might just as well. Such a shame there is no digital distribution stores for the PS3/Xbox...
@Mclaneinc: No way with that old rig. using a q9550, running atm @stock (2,8ghz). new super mario bros wii for example was unplayable with my old e6600

That's because you were running stock. My old E7200 OCed at 3.6Ghz was MORE than capable for the vast majority of Wii titles. A quad won't offer you any additional performance benefits as, right now, Dolphin is only optimised for dualcore processors
.... that said, you ARE right though. No way in hell is a P4 going to be enough to run Dolphin. DualCore procs are so strongly recommended it might as well be a physical limitation and, no offence to Mclaneinc, the P4 is shite. Worst chip Intel ever put out, with the possible exception of the Celeron... but even then I'm not convinced
sure ur right, but the e6600 wasnt running @stock. had it oced to ~3,2ghz. after i replaced it with the q9550 i tried super mario bros again and it worked smooth (ok the quad was overclocked to 3,2ghz when i tried).but dolphin uses more than two cores, tested it a few secs ago with rayman. core 1 is running at 20%,2 and 3 about 60 to 80% and 4 about 50%

Cheers Sabin and Janz, I was pretty sure the chip would be useless but it was worth an ask.
A new PC is on my wants list but there's no way in hell I can afford one, the one I'm using was given to me by a mate when he upgraded, I'm hoping if he upgrades again I'll get his i7 BUT I'm in for a long wait..
Bit shit being unable to work through illness, makes simple purchases like glitching my box almost impossible, let alone a PC.
Oh well, back to watching my daughter kick my arse at Rayman Origins, she's way infront of me in the story mode.....Bloody kids
but they sad its not that unorganized as mario, cause u cant interact with the other players. ie throwing them away...
back to the dual core topic: dolphin uses all four cores now, raised the internal resolution to 2.5 and activate aa and af. now all cores are working at 90-95%. and game looks very good now, no blurry shit anymore
You had that in mind because Ubisoft announced it as a PSN game for some reason.
I expect the game to be out around the 24th (EU rlz date for the bluray) on the EU PSN Store though, Ubisoft games are usually sold on EU PSN as well. Just wait and see.
