30 fps cap.
Well their efforts against piracy are certainly paying off, there's just no way I'd ever download this POS.

you know, maybe there is a way to salvage the NFS series, everyone has to tell EA they want a consolized, 15 frames a second maximum, linear corridor racer with no free roam or cops, or customization, that lasts 60 seconds start to finish.

I installed Most Wanted not so long ago again and I don't like it anymore... it's just as bad as these new ones when it comes to car behaviour. Fuck all this... I want Porsche ReUnleashed or something along those lines. Actually, fuck this, I'm off to search for a release of it... does anyone know of some good mods for it?

Completed in 2 hours, 12 minutes and 42 seconds.
Rather disappointed on how short this game is comparing the size of the game. While I actually think this is certainly one of the best 'recent' Need for Speed games that has come out, rahter disappointed it wasn't longer.
To those who say it's cutscenes after cutscenes is lying. The whole tap b, x rarely comes up. It comes up like 4 times throughout the whole game. Maybe, 10 minutes worth out of the 2 hours, the rest is completed non-stop driving.

Nah I disagree, they left the model basically untouched but added more cars/tracks + night racing..it was an obvious improvement imo

I'm not as dissapointed as i thought i would be..
I mean, the game IS pure shit, but it could be worse. Handling is broken, graphics are far from this engines' capability, but it looks nice, just nice. In some aspects, Hot Pursuit looks better.
So, to sum it up:
handling - no like
graphics - meh
sound - as expected
overall - pure shit, wrapped up in a decorative paper
But, i just love the evironment, and i would kill for a racing game on these locations, using the SHIFT engine and all the stuff..
..kill, literally. Just tell me who!

From NFS series I can name only a couple that actually captured my attention and were a pleasure to drive.
NFS 1 was kinda awesome for its time.
NFS 2 loved it to bits
NFS 3 - I didnt like it too much for some reason
NFS High Stakes - Spent propably the most time on this NFS. Really really really enjoyed it!
NFS Porsche Unleashed - This was super cool. Especially rewarding was driving the 72 Carrera RS without turning it into a wreck ball. Or the early 3.6 turbos..
NFS Underground - This was actually kind of an amazing game for me
NFS U2 - basically underground with free roaming. Was good, but I didnt enjoy it as much as U1
NFS Most Wanted - was ok..but nothing special
NFS that came after that all sucked major ass. Prostreet sucked bad and the others that I can't remember.
NFS World was boooooooooring
NFS Shift 1 was really amazing again for me. Even got myself a controller for that game
NFS Shift 2 was ok, but a dissapointment after 1.
So in recent years there was only 1 decent NFS release. Such a shame.
For the Motherland!
