It sure runs better than SR2 but still the performance is pretty bad for how it looks like(better fps on ultra than on high lol).
Or is that just an ATI thing?

Having the SAME FUCKING PROBLEM as with Driver: San Francisco.
Regardless of graphic settings, DX9/11 mode, getting random freezups. Even in the MAIN MENU.
How the fuck is it possible to get the same glitches on two different games?
And I'm running Skyrim and L.A. Noire on max.

I only took a quick break from Skyrim to test the game.... and it's AWESOME! Hilarious, over the top, insane fun -- just as it should be Performance wasn't exactly making me scream for joy though - I can't run it on Ultra/1680, not even on my rig (srsly, wtf?) I have to turn AA off and SSAO to LOW before it runs at 60, otherwise with SSAO/AA enabled it's around 35.
That's messed up.
Still, the game itself is hella tons of fun and looks/runs a fuckton better than SR2 did

Nope, Geforce 450 GTS.
And the CPU is Q8200 @2.33GHz
4GB of ram.
The only thing that's really old is the Seagate hard drive and Gigabyte mobo 945P- DS3
But that shouldn't matter since I can play any modern game at high. Including Skyrim, Deus Ex, Battlefield 3.
The only thing that Driver and SR3 have in common is the recording feature.

The resolution is the lowest possible, and everything's been set to low.
The same freeze up happens in the intro, the cutscenes, and even in the ingame menu.
So if any good soul,has any idea what's causing this, please help.
Those rooms and machines in that BDSM will give me nightmares tonight. Game is full of pure and mindless fun. What really likes is that shooting and moving etc. are real smooth and good.
And damn those chick in-game are hot.
