i just tried playing skyrim, it says unsupported disc, tried 5 other games all say unsupported disc. seems ms just fucked me.
is there any way to get these games playing again or is my xbox now bricked untill a solution comes out? sorry im a noob to xbox modding

Probably so many factors going on we'll never know them all. According to what I've been reading, each person's "dae.bin" file is different, and depending on what "backups" you're using, blah blah blah, etc etc etc.

It's not bricked, if you use an original copy of Batman, Skyrim or anyother ap25/XGD3 game, it should work fine.
As for a way to fix it, you could try clearing the cache.
Apparently the dae.biin can't fit into the NAND so it might actually be installed on a HDD/usb drive and some people are saying that removing any storage device should work.
Phew! Haven't played a single backup since XGD3 was introduced Come to think of it, I haven't played one long before that, wonder what was the last one I played.. ? Patience pays off, apparently
Just remember, this is an AP issue, NOT an XGD3 issue.
There are titles with AP protection that are not XGD3.
Of course, I get that, but the new AP/dae.bin was just now introduced, and I haven't played a backup since.. *checks Xbox.com* - oh, it was September! Dead Island, but the XGD2 version.

just tried eraseing the cache, none of my xgd3 backups will work anymore, normal backups still work though, this really sucks guys, am i the only one having this problem? should i reformat the hardrive?
Did you tried taking out the HDD/ mem card/ usb drive? Also is your x360 with internal memory? If so format that and remove any other storage device and try like that.
cobALT is messing with you.. not only that your games arent working anymore but now you need to make sure you get rid of the profile and the gamesaves as well : ))

I said to remove any storage device, not format it - unless it's a internal memory witch has to be formated if the dae.bin is there (and to be honest it makes sens for it to be there on a console with internal memory) in witch case it's obvious you should back up first.
It's more a means to test it out, and not a long term solution especially since you can't save/acces older saves. And if it does work this way, then back up you profile and saves and format the removable storage devices. That should clear the dae.bin so you can put back the save/profile and it shouldn't prompt any errors.
Or just try the tutorial posted above.
Or come up with a better solution.
Or buy the fucking games and stay the fuck off live if your box is modded and shit like this wouldn't catch you off guard anymore.

I now keep off live, when I do get glitched I'll just await any updates that come via Da boys

I think its a little more complicated, the AP Data which is checked is defined in the dae.bin and every console now apparently has its own dae.bin, so that means every console checks for diferrent AP Data, so a burn working on one console wouldnt work on another. Dont know how they are going to try to defeat this, but c4e has done miracles before so I'm patiently waiting for news for him.
However this couldnt have come at a better time, i got more games to finish then time right now still on skyrim, next up ac:revelations, modern combat 3 and rayman origins. hope those hold me over until c4e comes up with a fix
Well at least there have been platy of new games released recently, so there is something to do, while waiting on a "fix". I have yet to finish AC:R, Skyrim, and SR3
This AP25 protection still seems to flag some legit users with failed AP25. so this is a problem for Microsoft if they decide to ban based on failed AP25 unless they can stop flagging legit users.
The worst I think will happen at the moment is games won't boot without correct AP25.

try to run battlefield mw3 its should not work anymore.. it only works if you have an old samsung drive with skips ap25 protection. and yes this effect x360 key however.. you don't have to reburn anything x360key guys simply have to update their software so that it gives the correct ap25 responses back to the console.

Ive been online yesterday only to check for Skyrim update for a little moment(I am only online once in a while to check for updates). No update so Ive disconnected and played offline Skyrim for like 5 hours.
Today as posted above, ive checked all my xgd3 games. ONLY SKYRIM WORKS....Not a single xgd3 game other than Skyrim works. no gears of war3, no dark souls, no Saints row... NOTHING. o matter if its a verb or other media.
Thats funny... Only Skyrim works? not even acrevelations.
Maybe it have something to do with updates? Ive done a format of xbox360 hdd week ago before Ive started playing skyrim and then downloaded update for it. So Skyrim is only game on my xbox with title update if that matters... but shit.. All those games worked like 2 days ago when Ive checked.
At least I can play Skyrim yet.
So what is going on here? There was no prompt of update, nothing. Maybe updateing to beta metro ui preview helps? What should I do now? Connect and have nothing to lose now or what?
