No, I mean the graphics, not ssam games. SS games have always lagged behind in gfx dep.
But its not so bad to lag in gfx, but the gameplay also aint good, I prefer WillRock game.
That trailer is awesome!!! Yeah, that's Undercode's song! Did a quick search and they did the soundtrack (or most of it?) for this game too. I want the game now, I can't wait 4 hours, damn it! And after that I have to wait for the crack... fuck this . I should have kept the key for Arkham City and exchange it for a SS3 one instead of activating it...

I mean the graphics as well. You are wrong because SS:TSE had stunning graphics.
Feel free to check reviews of that time, I just did, and everyone rates the graphics as excellent.

The graphics in the game are stunning. The environments are detailed and colorful, and really add to the game's enjoyment. Whether its the glow of torches along a wall in a narrow corridor or the shadows cast by a sun low in the sky, the lighting effects are top-notch. The game's engine is able to render these gorgeous environments and fill them with swarms of enemies without slowing the game's framerate, even on systems close to the game's minimum requirements.

The production values in The Second Encounter are even better than those in the original game. Each enormous level is colorful and boasts plenty of beautifully detailed high-resolution textures everywhere. Ambient lighting is used to excellent effect, and in general, the game's special effects are top-notch. The three boss monsters you'll face all look great too, and as in the first game, even when you're fighting hundreds of enemies at once, the frame rate remains smooth.

Absolutely stunning. The first outing's immense battles have been improved upon with more varied environments, texturing and enemies. Plentiful flora and other subtleties round out the cool.
The things you quoted there apply to every Serious Sam game in my opinion. I have no idea why so many keep saying that this looks bad. It looks absolutely great.

Seems it's still not fully released, steam://validate/41070/ got the files downloading at least.
(That and the recent update to the games "subscription" in the Steam files adding said files as available.)
Nice JB! Seems to have very high res textures + shadows That FOV looks like shit tho ;< Is there more video options to configure? HD remakes had shitloads of stuff which you could tweak beyond ultra
It's modern Egypt (Well future Egypt.) just before the events of the time lock activation right before earth gets fully overrun by Mental, whatever he is.
So far it plays like Serious Sam and overall it looks pretty good though the lighting is a bit so-so in certain scenes but it runs great and retains the faster pace, some of the kill animations are a bit too quick nearly but that's a very minor complaint.
Unsure how big the game is but it has a pretty good pace for introducing new enemies and weapons, tried on Serious difficulty for a while and it really increased the spawns to the degree of it feeling like you were fighting a minor army (Which isn't too inaccurate.) but it should prove very fun in co-op at such settings and with some further customization.
Has a dev console as well for further tuning but setting the presets to Ultra and then custom with some fine tuning where it was possible have worked great so far though it probably looks fairly similar to ultra still.
(Some smaller settings are not entirely maxed out and SSAA can be enabled should it be preferred though I'd recommend MSAA for performance reasons.)
EDIT: Lots of blood and gore also plus the usual humor and a variety of secrets to discover.
(AI still mainly just rushes right at you but the more complex monsters have a bit more intelligence.)
EDIT: Ah there is a FoV console command it seems.
"plr_fFOVOverride = x"
(55 or what the lowest still OK ~ non-skewed ~ looking might be upwards of 110 or so before it goes full fish-eye effect outside of dual/triple monitor-setups.)
Nope actually I'm unemployed and sort-of living on a form of pension.
(Buying a couple of games a month doesn't hit the budget too much even so, it's replacing the hardware that takes a lot of time, especially now when I would have to switch the motherboard, RAM and CPU and possibly the CPU fan to be able to upgrade at all.)
