Exterminator wrote: | Hi guys
i have 2 questions:
Stupid question: How can i earn money in this game?? I have no money anymore, i did some missions for my nigro friends. But i don't get any money at all. Only respect.
Now i did get a low rider, and i have to go to a competition with it: This costs $50,- but i have $0 :-/. |
As others said you can beat up people that look like they have money and when there dead pick up the cash off the ground this gives meagre earnings, best way I found though was to take a job - steal either a cab, firetruck, policecar and the pizza delivery/ice cream trucks probably pay to then take missions using them to earn cash.
I earned a quick 14K in 5-10 mins for putting out fires and havent run out of money since. You can also burgle houses if you steal the right truck.
Im enjoying the game so far have had my first experience outside CJ's immediate area, as part of the story was dumped on the opposite side of the map, had to take a mission there then it took about 20 mins to navigate back to CJ's Hood, managed to find a couple more areas in the game where you can play 2 player mode as well.
All in all I really like it, seems to be alot more depth in it than the previous games and still so much that I haven't seen or unlocked.

First time looking at the thread cause there's so many pages. Sound problems? Ah shit this is exactly what went wrong with Vice City for me. The sound would be fine but as soon as a gun went off the sound would speed up. Hopefully it doesn't happen with this one.
I'll install soon after it's finish downloading. Joe Potato I'm somewhat near mininum system requirements so I'll let you know how it runs on my comp.

The game is great indeed,
but i can't solve 2 missions so far.
The dancing mission at the beach party
and the mission where you have to load boxes in the truck together with the guy what lives next to you (with the black cap with san andreas on it)
someone has any tips?

I'm about half way through the PC version and I must say it's a decent version. At first I had some complaints about the controls and such, but they really grow on you. Only thing I did notice was that the game crashes every once in awhile. Ive played about 16-18 hours and i've crashed twice. Not bad i guess, but each time I crashed I lost about 2 hours of gameplay. I don't have a great system, but I run the game with 3x AA, 1024x768, high quality, half view distance and get average 60 FPS. I never crash in games, so I figure its the game and not my system. I personally think that the game could have been better with a different theme other then GANGSTA, but if you can get past that, the game is really enjoyable. I give the game 8/10
System specs p4 2.8e@3.2 - ATi x700pro 256mb 425/864 @ 470/980 - 1gb geil ultra ddr400@433 - Asus P5GD1 LGA 775 MB - ATi Silencer VGA cooler - ThermalRight xp-90c w/ Vantec Tornado HSF
