Patch Perk: Skyrim Levels Up To 1.3

SKSE won't work (But it's probably going to be updated shortly as usual.), 4GB utility will work however and I guess there are no other conflicts.
(D3D9.dll stuff like ENB or FXAA / SMAA will work also.)

Bethesda are actually going incorporate the 4GB/LAA patch into the next update (1.4):

They should instead make a native 64-bit exe. Oh well, better than nothing I guess.

A few hours into 1.3 I've seen;
- a flying sword (was suspended in mid air)
- a horse being rubberbanded back to where I got on after I got off

And I got this really annoying stuttering after about 2 hours. Not framerate, that's always been pretty decent, just a weird kind of micro-stuttering, even while picking locks. Never had this happen in over 100 hours in vanilla.. (never patched to 1.2)
Using the Steam version.

The dragon spamming is getting ridiculous. Not to mention I'm getting some random dragon bodies dropping in the middle of towns at the load of a new area.

Also, patch 1.3 doesn't fix Esbern's bug, I had to use a fix mod for it. And tutorial messages are back. Fail.
