I dunno..53fps still seems fine unless you're hitting that 10 often. The only time I bounce that low (which is fine) is during long flights and i'm consistently loading new levels before UE can preload them.

Mine isn't either..but why are you complaining about a 53 AVERAGE. That means you're pushing quite a few numbers above that. Seems to me you're nit picking. I'm not trying to be rude or anything..I just don't see any possible issue with a 53FPS average at all. Unless you're really looking for those extra 6-7FPS? It does have the 10FPS low, but without more information I can only guess that's coming from area loads.
You aren't giving me enough information to agree with you and rage at the game alongside of you! I want to rage too!

It updated yesterday for me b0se (Steam version). At least it downloaded something, didn't have time to play it again.

I'm getting Fatal Error QA_Approved_Build_January_2011 387507 27-09-2011 18:18:21 every time I try to run the game, no matter which version I use and no matter which crack I use. It's probably because I'm using my laptop, which is rather old (just to see, you know, if the game is working at all), as I can't access my pc right now. But maybe anyone got a solution to this?l

And to work i mean finding more trophies. because apparently the riddler thinks im not worthy enough to pass his problem solving hostage rescues until ive proven i can glide from one fucking platform to another without touching the ground...

You're quite lucky then, lower framerate and no stuttering is so much better than having 60+ fps and hiccups all the time  *waiting for next patch/drivers..hmm* |

that 6-button riddler trophy is miinneeee!!!
fuck that "puzzle"... wasnt so much a puzzle as an exercise in how many times you can miss that last button because you hit the fence by mistake and have to set up the entire thing all over again before you snap the controller in frustration...
or something.... seriously, fuck some of these trophy sequences
