Well, that is a problem with east European and German developers, they always make huge announcement and never have the budget and competency to complete what was promised, and what is delivered, is often lackluster and full of bugs. There are notable exceptions, but by large, this is the sequence of events.
Aiming high is very important, but knowing your limits and completely overshooting beyond them is megalomaniacal. |
