Just a quick question. These 3D movies that are knocking around here and there that are in .mkv format, are they "proper" 3D movies ? I ask because I'm about to buy a Samsung 3D TV and I'm thinking of filling up a hdd with some 3D movies Wink

Cheers Smile

Another quick question. What's the best / easiest way of putting these 3D .mkv movies onto disc ? I'd like to get them on DVD 9's as I think blank blurays are too much yet + are way to big to download....

i just put them on an external hard drive and plug them into the tv and the tv plays all the files i threw into it. if you got a 3d model the same as mine, just use external usb.

The recent SBS releases are shit. They have half the horizontal resolution, so shit. You are watching 960x1080 per eye.

You can usually get the FSBS versions.

Or just download the BD25 / 50

Cheers for the advice guys. Looks like I'm going to be buying a Bluray burner today and some 25gig blanks Smile I think DVD Fab maybe the answer to my question. It can do 3D movies, normarl Blurays and a few other things. If this works I'm laughing Smile Will let you know....

I've managed to convert a 3D movie to fit on a 25 gig blank bluray disc with DVD Fab but for some reason it's now only in 2D. Still working on this but if anyone knows how to do it of the top of their heads, please let me know Smile

Hi,

Yes it's invite only Sad Shame really unless someone can invite both myself and WaldoJ ? I've managed to shrink a 3D bluray movies to fit a 25gig dics but again for some reason there is no 3D there. It's mind numbing trying to suss it out. This time I was using BD Rebuilder. Thought I'd cracked it but nope Sad
