Actually oct-nov = 50k+ physical preorders every week in USA (data from vgcharts). While September was slowing down already and had only 40-20k preorders/ week.
BUT this doesn't take in evaluation european preorders or the digital ones.

Edit: According to comments on FB, October redeems havent got invites in the 4th wave.

Nope. First they said it was UP TO 5 days (meaning you might get less). Later they extended that to 7 days, but still don't guarantee anything. (Actually they do guarantee you will get at least one day of early access, meaning worst case scenario is dec 19th)
