I do meditation with music that contain Theda waves. Suppose to enhance some kind of deeper emotional connection and relaxing state. I sleep to it at night. Keeps me sane I think.

I personally have begun practicing self hyponosis. It has given my life so much more joy in just the time I have done it. I find myself smiling easier, and stressing less bout just about everything going on in my life.
Music is my #1 way to relieve all the pressure (ok, maybe the #2 ) but still, the best way to disconnect the brain from the real world. All the excellent music is welcomed regardless of the genre (as long as it isn't pop-rap-disco)
