Also $8,000 is realy a Standard Selling price for them in the UK so the price just sounds normal to me...

i have a older M3... don't u guys know how much a supra is worth??? if i can get this car for 10 grand canadian i can resell it RIGHT away for ATLEAST 30 grand... older M3 like mine goes for 20Grand... i like the E46 M3 ..but can't afford it...

Supra can be used to race on the track for money... its very easy to mod and is sporty... sadly after the movie F&F all the kids ran out and bought it... so its over hyped big time now...

the bike is in a month or so, my M1 test (bike license) is in a week, and M2 in 2 weeks...i need those to buy a bike... i''ll buy a cheap one.. like a CBR600RR

Cost the guy that my Dad got it off £1,500 for the exhaust system and to have it fitted Razz

Guess how much the guy sold the complete CBR1000 to us for....... £1,500 the same as what he just recently spent on the remus system Razz hehe

The CBR Looks Brand new as well Very Happy, only problem with it is a very small dent on the tank that you can only see in the light on a angel Smile

I always look at something like this with the old adage.

"If it sounds to good to be true? It probly isnt"

If there is a way to get him to take a snap shot of the VIN on the vehical itself, then send/show you it. Also show proof of ownership by coping the owner registration card and send/show you that...then if all that was fine..

JUMP ON THE DEAL!!!!

Max your making my hair curl !

You cant buy a car just from pictures mate .

In your line of business you have everything at your disposal to get the car checked out properly. Im sure a police mechanic would check it out for you on the quiet or for a small sum in thier offduty time.

Why take such a risk ?

also, make sure its not 2 cars stuck together Razz (Cut and Shut job) Razz

you also need to run it... Anyone can take a pic of a nice car, but the engine could be dead / about to die... Pictures dont let you test drive the car before buying Smile

problem.... i live in toronto... car is in NY... so yah, checking the car out is kind of out of the question... but you guys won.. instead i'm buying a 95 non running supra that will probably need a whole new engine and everything... it costs 5700USD and probably 10 grand to get it up and running, but its worth it... DAMN YOU GOOD DEALS THAT NEVER COME TRUE...

haahah small sum for offduty work is 55 dollars an hour and you HAVE to report it Smile

Wow, stop right their Razz, Before you jump any further into getting the dead one, you can get a Running NON-Turbo for the Same Price... Just get a running NON-Turbo and get the Turbos fitted to it...

Also How much would the cheapest crappest service plane ticket cost from Toronto to NY ??? Just Tell him you will meat him at the NY Airport so you can look it over and test drive it (But take the money with you Razz )... If its good, Buy it, If its bad, say I will think about it and get on the plane and go home and look for another... If you realy like the car, you will enjoy the 345 or so mile drive home Smile

Also, Think about it, These are Jap Super Cars so it has probably took a hell of a beating, who buys a Twin Turbo to go as slow as possible Razz?? The guy who owns it might switch gears all the time just before he hits the Rev Limmiter which is alot of revs and strain on the engine which = less life..
