it works but you have to rename few txt files to make this game work with this crack here is the bat file to make it work

after this textures are fixed and it works fine , just finished it with BAD ENDING FUCK YEAH 
but WHY THE FUCK they did all cutscenes in BIK and as a video file and not in the game engine is crazy... they are 8 gig big and the whle game is 12 gig , i have already seen a full rip thats 3 gig big [whole game decompresed.. compressed its 1,5 gig] with compressed sounds and movies  |

look at the bat file posted, everything gets renamed from english back to russian so the russian crack can work. yet it is in full english while playing..

Wait, i'm getting confused.
So there is no scene release but there is a p2p release out? Or is that just a russian version with copy/paste Rus to Eng?

The English retail version has been out for around a week now. It works without hitches with the very first Russian method (it consists of cracked files and a mini image).

Got it running finally thanks to H_S, anyway liking it so far, still the random bullshit crap going on like other Postal games.
Tho engine.. Source with PhysX  Seems kinda odd, since Source became known for it's own physics engine (remember the physics puzzles in HL2), runs at ~111 fps cap, loadingtimes seems to be abit odd, on my ssd takes quite some time to load..

Just now both my vidcards went to 99% usage, cpu shot up to 60% and saw 2x gameupd.exe (or something, i deleted it now), at 25% usage, when i moved my mouse they dissapeared fast.
Then i tested again and didn't move mouse, and after ~30 secs it happend again, the game was closed already.
C:\Users\SauS\AppData\Roaming\Postal was my folder, both exe in there. Seems to be something fishy about it.

Can't buy it via Steam directly yet as it's not activated fully, their website, Gamersgate or what other sites sell the game will work.
(Steamworks requirement so just enter the key into Steam afterwards.)

Not yet, the freeplay one and the animal behavior especially makes this quite clear.
(Should probably be available this week though if it's already done, just needs localization and then go trough Valve/Steam.)
