Huu i had this on ps2 and never finished it, so am not gonna play it all over again. Just wanne explore the whole map. I had like 75 percent of the game. But my ps2 is broken now so...

Are you talking about the Advanced Menu? I also get crashes trying to access this menu. Did some looking around and it would seem a number of people are in the same boat. There does not seem to be an answer, some people installed the latest Omega Drivers and that worked. Seemed to be a bit drastic. Of course the setup file is a binary file, instead of .INI, so you can not do anything there, yet. Over at http://www.gtaforums.com/ someone was creating new .set files for lowres settings for those that can not access the Advanced settings.
Good luck...if that is your problem. |

Some Nice Mods 
Blue Skies:
Countryside weather settings are used throughout San Andreas, eliminating the horrible orange/red color seen in Los Santos and the desert region.
Double Wield All Weapons
Allows you to double wield additional weapons, including Silenced Pistols, Desert Eagles, Combat Shotguns, SMGs, M4s, AK-47s, and Miniguns (in addition to Pistols, Sawn-Off Shotguns, Machine Pistols, and Tec9s). Hitman stats are applied to each weapon.
Enhanced Tire Traction
All surfaces are treated as roads, meaning your car will not skid and slide on grass or when it's raining.
Gang War Mod
Only gangs spawn in all areas of San Andreas; they are automatically assigned to hate each other, so they'll shoot on sight. Cops will spawn occassionally as well.
Hitman Level For All Weapons
Allows you to have Hitman level for all weapons without actually having the required 1000 skill level points.

it gets harder mate trust me I just completed some real stinkers, took me a dozen attempts at each of them and the actual missions times were long due to travelling back and forth across the whole map.
One huge mission involved:-
entering a casino disguised as staff,
making your way through the staff area to the ventilation ducts,
throwing a gas grenade down the ducts to gas the guards,
making your way down to the loading bay,
using a fork lift truck to open some bay doors which are stuck so that your team can enter in a van which is going to be used to carry the swag from the vault,
then fighting my way upstairs to the vault,
at the vault fighting off waves of guys whilst your team steal the loot escorting them back to their van,
then act as a decoy making your way back upstairs to an elevator which takes you to the casino roof,
by then your wanted level is very high and a chopper drops swat on the roof,
fight them off then run along to the end of the roof grab a parachute and basejump onto another casino,
from there you kill two guards and steal a police helicopter and fly back to an abandoned airfield to end the mission.
Crazy thing about that mission is the build up, I had to steal 4 police bikes, a sky winch helicopter and an armoured truck plus date some ho ass bitch so that I could get her security pass just to even set up that part of the mission. 
At the moment im 70% into the game and its all about turf wars and territory which is a total bitch i wont give too much away as it'll ruin the story, but you'll see when you get to that part just why its more of a problem taking over land at this point in the game than it was in the initial stages.

you could try system restore, although it might take you to 2 days ago or something, its reversible though, and you can get something back at least. How did you erase it?

There is a program called Active@ UNDELETE, which recovers deleted files, http://www.active-undelete.com/
I used it, and it works great!
