That's what it looks like, but it has some features that make it quite a unique game and it feels more like the first Diablo when you play it.

its still early beta, you cant sell your shit to the vendors, there is no gold yet (you trade with scrolls and orbs). I played with a witch till level 18 i think and it was fun; i also like that the potions autofill whn you battle mobs (something like in space marine). And not to mention the bigass pasive skill tree, but although is huge its kinda lame with only shitty skills.

The passive skills tree is great like that in my opinion because what they've done with it is replace the uninspiring "press +" attributes system present in most games like this. The actual skills are represented by the skill gems which are part of a very good and unique skills system. Also, there will be no gold, that's the barter system in this game. It's like that to also make sense in the story because the character you're playing is just someone who's been exiled on this dark and mysterious island.

So I finally realized that if you registered on their website back in 2010 and never received an invite to the beta, you can simply PM one of their admin/mod to automatically be in the beta.
I made an account over there back in september 2010 and was still waiting for an invite. PM'd "Jonathan" and got an email saying I was in approx one hour later.

They are very cheap giving out more keys to thoose in beta... i wasted my only so far on a jerk that didnt even liked the game.

imo the game is very weak, no real feel, zoom out horrible, dull items, skils... if u want free online rpg with great comunity try moltenwow.

since its free i think its quite good, and they are constantly listening to the community and fixing/improving things so i wouldnt complain too much.
