tried to do that but all options from within darkcorp which let me install wanikoko and hermes, but both freeze up on me.
trying hermes now, cause waninkoko desyncs my remotes, seems to be a issue with version 249.

Fuck people. I've been using IOS249 and 250 since the day I got my Wii; no problems yet.

seems i have to install the main cios first 36 37 or 38 then the additional 222 etc lol wtf i thought this shit was easy had hbc up in no time now im up for 8 hours getting a damn bootloader to work.
but from what i gather i need to install a custom ios. and thats whats troubling me hermes keeps getting me a return error -2011 install failed..
meh i give up for tonight.will continue this shit 2morrow at my place. meanwhile ill try to figure out what cios i need.

Well it's definitely a CIOS you need, either wanin or hermes. Hopefully you get it sussed mate, I'd be able to help you a whole lot more if I was at home :\

np mate, i found a comprehensive tutorial from a dutch site wich ill follow as soon im done downloading the whole pack (157mb) which has USB Loader GX and a shitload of wadfiles for install.
update:
well that was a great guide. got it all up and running and working flawlessly. is there a way for the wii to start right into usb loader gx ? or have all the games in channels ?
